• You may not upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or another user's data.

• You retain ownership of project information, messages, updates, schedules, photos, videos, audio, documents, and other materials you submit through the Services ("User Content").

• You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload and use your User Content.

• You grant JobLens a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Services.

• The Services may display or link to information provided by storage, authentication, notification, mapping, and other third-party services.

• Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

• We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or business practices.

• You may request Account deletion using the options made available in the Services.

• Data may be retained after termination when reasonably necessary for backups, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

• THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobLens and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

• Our total liability for claims arising from the Services will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

• Material changes may be communicated by email, in-app notice, or another reasonable method.

• Continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms.

• Project statuses, updates, timelines, inspection labels, and other User Content are supplied by users and may not be independently verified.

• We do not guarantee project completion, workmanship, code compliance, schedules, costs, permits, inspections, or contractor performance.

• You are responsible for evaluating project information and obtaining qualified professional advice when appropriate.

• AI-generated Project Recaps summarize eligible project records and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are informational collaboration aids, not verified reports or professional advice.

• These Terms and any dispute related to the Services are governed by applicable law.

• These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and us concerning the Services.

• If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

• You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them as permitted by law.
