• Account Information: Name, email address, account credentials, and other information you provide when creating or managing an Account.
• Project Content: Project names, addresses, schedules, status, memberships, invitations, updates, Decision Requests and Responses, chat messages, activity history, AI-generated project recaps, photos, videos, audio, documents, and related information you choose to store.
• Device and Usage Information: IP address, device identifiers, app version, session activity, features used, diagnostics, and similar technical information.
• Communications: Information you provide when contacting support or otherwise communicating with us.
• Cookies and Similar Technologies: Information used for authentication, preferences, functionality, security, and analytics.
3. How We Use Information
• To provide, maintain, personalize, and improve the Services.
• To organize, display, and share project information with authorized project members according to their role and content visibility.
• To provide AI-assisted project organization and timeline planning by processing the Project Content you submit to those features through an AI service provider.
• To automatically create client-facing weekly and monthly Project Recaps by processing eligible client-visible activity, timeline, update, and media metadata through an AI service provider.
• To authenticate users and manage Accounts.
• To communicate about support, security, updates, and service notices.
• To monitor performance, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, and protect the Services.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. How We Share Information
• We do not sell your personal information.
• Service Providers: We may share information with providers that support hosting, authentication, storage, email, analytics, customer support, security, and AI-assisted features. When you use an AI-assisted feature, relevant Project Content may be processed by our AI service provider to generate the requested result.
• Legal and Safety: We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, users, or the Services.
• Business Transfers: Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
• With Your Direction or Consent: We may share information when you direct us to do so or otherwise consent.

• You may review and update certain Account information through the Services.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting [email protected].
• You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications using the unsubscribe method provided.
